Captain Scott Graf
Captain Scott has more than 25 years of experience working the waters of Cape Cod Bay and beyond. For the past 20 years he has been a Captain running charter boats primarily from Sesuit Harbor, Massachusetts. Prior to taking the helm he worked as a deck hand on both charter and party boats learning the art of fishing from a number of seasoned local captains. His passion for fishing and the ocean developed while he grew up on Cape Cod and spent his summers as a youngster working on charter boats. Eventually this passion for being on the water led him to get his Masters 100 ton captains license during his college years and he has been operating boats ever since.
Scott’s intense interest in fishing has led to involvement in local organizations promoting the sustainability and growth of sportfishing on the Cape. As a result he served for two years as the president of the Cape Cod Charter Boat Association. When not running trips Captain Scott enjoys being on the water fishing for himself, whether it is pulling his lobster pots or chasing some flounder inshore. During the off-season he spends his time in the classroom as a middle school teacher.

Kevin Perry
Kevin has been working on the Reel Grit for the past 4 years. Kevin has grown up fishing his whole life fishing with his Dad and his brothers. When he is not fishing as a job, Kevin will certainly be found fishing somewhere. He is an avid freshwater fisherman and enjoys spending time off shore chasing tuna. His experiences fishing from Florida to Cape Cod shows in his knowledge and skills working the back deck helping out crews land their catch.
Parker Graf
Parker has been on the boat with his Dad since day 1. He has a true passion for being on the water and fishing and loves teaching others the knowledge he has learned over the years. He has a great ability to help the veteran fisherman and the young child alike! Besides spending numerous hours on the water in the summer, Parker is an avid baseball player playing infield for his high school team. In the winter you will find him skiing each and every opportunity he gets.
