Recipes: Dr. Jakes Teriyaki Bluefish
For those who tell us they don't eat bluefish this is the recipe I send them home with. Years of trial and error with bluefish recipes in the Crowell kitchen landed Jake with this keeper. Give it a shot on your next bluefish, you'll be glad you did!
Ingredients

Fresh Bluefish fillet

Soy sauce
-
Fresh ginger
-
Fresh garlic
-
Brown sugar
-
Green onions
Cooking Instructions

Using a fillet of bluefish caught that day or the last day, remove blood line from back side of meat ( dark section in middle)

Place meat on a piece of tin foil and pour soy sauce over fish

Using real garlic and ginger, grate an equal amount and spread over fish

Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the fish and then dice green onions on top.

Wrap with another piece of tin foil and place on hot grill, cook approx. 10 or until middle of the fish flakes, remove and enjoy!
